    1. Hemam Ongbi Pujari Memorial Award

                This award was instituted by Dr. H. Priyosakhi Devi w/o Dr. Sinam Rajendra Singh of Chingmeirong, Imphal in fond memory of her late mother, Hemam Ongbi Pujari Devi w.e.f. the year 2007 and subsequently amended in 2022. Now the award carries a cash award of Rs. 3,000/-(Rupees Three Thousand Only) with a merit certificate. It will be given to the best Girl Student of Herbert School, Imphal to be decided on the basis of performance in the Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Examination Manipur.

    1. Keisham Birbal Singh And Dr. Keisham Sandra Devi Award

                Keisham Birbal Singh award was initially instituted by Shri Keisham Birbal Singh s/o of Shri Keisham Birjit Singh of Langjing, Opposite CRPF Group Centre, Imphal w.e.f. December 2007 and subsequently amended in August 2022. Now the award has been Co-sponsored by Shri Keisham Birbal Singh and his daughter Dr. Keisham Sandra Devi w.e.f August 2022 and the award is being renamed as Keisham Birbal Singh And Dr. Keisham Sandra Devi  Award. It carries a cash award of Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) with a merit certificate and is to be given to the best male student of the Herbert School, Imphal to be decided on the basis of performance in the Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Examination Manipur.

    1. Laishram Gourachand Memorial Award

                This award was instituted w.e.f. 21st July 2008 by Shri Laishram Saratchandra Singh of Keishampat Leimajam Leikai, Imphal is memory of his late father, Shri Laishram Gourachand Singh. It carries a cash award of Rs. 2000/- (rupees two thousand) with a merit certificate and is to be given to the student of Herbert School who secures the highest mark in Manipuri Subject in the Class XI Promotion Examination conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur.

    1. Moirangthem Kanhai Memorial Award

                This award was instituted w.e.f. 21st July 2008 by Smt. Laishram Ongbi Jeevanlata Devi w/o Shri Laishram Saratchandra Singh of Keishampat Leimajam Leikai, Imphal is memory of her late father, Shri Moirangthem Kanhai Singh. It carries a cash prize of Rs. 2000/- (rupees two thousand) with a merit certificate and is to be given to the student of Herbert School who secures the highest mark in English Subject in the Class XI Promotion Examination conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur.

    1. Thounaojam Prafulla Memorial Award

                This award was instituted on July 7, 2009 by Smt N. Ibechaobi Devi of Uripok Yambem Leikai, Imphal in fond memory of her late husband, Shri Thounaojam Prafulla Singh. It carries a cash award of Rs. 2000/- only with a merit certificate to be given every year to the student of Herbert School who secures highest mark in Biology subject in the Higher Secondary examination conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur.

    1. Laishram Ongbi Bokullei Memorial Award

                This award was instituted wef Nov. 4, 2010 by Shri Laishram Saratchandra Singh of Keishampat Leimajam Leikai, Imphal in fond memory of her late mother, Smt Laishram Ongbi Bokullei Devi. It carries a cash award of Rs. 2000/- only with a merit certificate to be given every year to the student of Herbert School who secures highest mark in Physics subject in the Higher Secondary examination conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur.

    1. Moirangthem Ongbi Gambhini Memorial Award

                This award was instituted w.e.f. Nov. 4, 2010 by Smt. Laishram Ongbi Jeevanlata Devi w/o Shri Laishram Saratchandra Singh of Keishampat Leimajam Leikai, Imphal is memory of her late mother, Smt Moirangthem Ongbi Gambhini Devi. It carries a cash prize of Rs. 2000/- (rupees two thousand) with a merit certificate and is to be given to the student of Herbert School who secures highest mark in Chemistry subject in the Higher Secondary examination conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur.

    1. Priyadarshini Athokpam Memorial Award

                This award was instituted w.e.f. the month of August, 2014 by Shri Rameshwar Meitei Athokpa of Kongpal Kongkham Leikai, Imphal in fond memory of his late daughter, Km. Priyadarshini Athokpam who was a student of Herbert School during the academic years 2012 to 2014. Born on March 4, 1997, she was a good and modest student but destined to leave this earthly world for her heavenly abode on  August  3, 2014.

                This award carries a cash prize of Rs. 3500/- (rupees three thousand five hundred) only with a merit certificate. It is to be given to a student of Herbert School who scores highest mark in the sum total of English and Biology subjects in the Class XI Promotion Examination conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur.

                Further the donor  institutes a literary award of Rs. 1000/- (rupees one thousand) only from 2017 to be given to the best essayist of the school students(medium being English) in memory of his late daughter, Priyadarshini Athokpam.

    1. Ningthoukhongjam Madhumangol Singh & Ningthoukhongjam Ongbi Ibemhal Devi Memorial Award.

                This    award is instituted w.e.f August 16,2019 by Smt. Ningthoukhongjam Ibechaobi Devi in memory of her beloved parents. It carries a cash prize of Rs. 2000/- (rupees two thousand) with a merit certificate. It is to be given to the student of Herbert School, Imphal who secured the highest mark in Mathematics subject in Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur.

    1. Konjengbam Ongbi Angangmacha Devi Memorial Award

                This award was instituted w.e.f. August 22, 2022 by Shri. Konjengbam Nabachandra Singh of Kwakeithel Thiyam Leikai, Imphal in memory of his late mother, Smt Konjengbam Ongbi Angangmacha  Devi. It carries a cash prize of Rs. 5000/- (rupees five thousand) with a merit certificate and is to be given to the student of Herbert School who secures highest mark in English subject in the Higher Secondary examination conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur.

    1. Konjengbam Ibomcha Singh Memorial Award

                This award was instituted w.e.f. August 22, 2022 by Shri. Konjengbam Nabachandra Singh of Kwakeithel Thiyam Leikai, Imphal in memory of his late father, Shri Konjengbam Ibomcha Singh. It carries a cash prize of Rs. 5000/- (rupees five thousand) with a merit certificate and is to be given to the student of Herbert School who secures highest mark in NEET (Medical) and gets either State or Central selection..
